Free shipping on all domestic orders in Australia.
Pickup in-store is available between Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm.
Shipping within Australia generally takes 2 days but may take up to 5 days depending on location.
Returns policy:
We realise that sometimes products purchased online may not be suitable when they arrive. Cyclecraft is happy to offer exchange or refund on any item under the following conditions:
Item/s are to be returned within 2 weeks of receipt date.
Item/s are to be in unused condition with tags attached.
Item/s are to be returned at customer’s expense.
Cyclecraft will notify customer upon receipt of return product, and advise exchange/refund details.
